residents, namely Keven Blanchette, Josh
Wills, Nick Cardi and Josh Fulford. “The

| The continuous increase of
commercial establishments on Thayer Street is becoming a
problem for College Hill residents. There are not enough
parking slots to accommodate all of the restaurants’
customers, and this disrupts the traffic flow. Neighboring
communities are complaining of the noise the students make. To try to keep things under
control, the College Hill Neighborhood Association, which is
an organization of College Hill residents, closely monitor
the businesses in the area. Much to the dismay of many
students, the association has taken it upon itself to oppose
all applications for liquor licenses made by restaurants and
stores on Thayer Street.
